From today, November 5, until November 7, London, UK, is hosting one of the world’s most significant tourism exhibitions, the World Travel Market.
This event attracts over 40,000 visitors annually, with nearly 5,000 exhibitors and more than 3,000 media representatives. At this 44th edition of the exhibition, Bulgaria will showcase its stunning natural landscapes, UNESCO heritage sites, and opportunities for cultural and wine tourism in the country. Located in a 304-square-meter booth, the Sofia Municipality will be represented by Visit Sofia (Sofia Tourism Administration).
Visitors will be able to receive detailed information from the Visit Sofia team about Sofia’s cultural and historical landmarks and the city’s potential for MICE tourism. Bulgaria’s regions, with their wealth of natural and cultural attractions, including UNESCO-protected sites, will be presented through cinematic VR materials, offering a compelling experience. Each booth guest will also have the chance to capture a special moment at a photo corner featuring unique views of Bulgaria. In addition to the capital Sofia, the Bulgarian exhibition stand hosts 27 tourism companies, associations, and municipalities.
