ART AND RIGHTS FESTIVAL CIVIC ALARM CLOCK 2023 - it's time for awakening art

10 free workshops for young and old will open this Saturday in Sofia. They will be part of the Civil Alarm Clock Festival, which will be held in South Park II - the area around the Thermal Power Plant. For the third year in a row, the Bulgarian Center for Non-Profit Law (BCNP) puts civil rights on stage, breaking them down in a fun and useful way.

In 2023, the competition of the same name is dedicated to the right of association and the idea of volunteering. The festival will be the icing on the cake and throughout the day the attendees will be able to participate in various activities that in one way or another talk about our rights, check if we know them and explain why they are important.

The culmination of the Civic Alarm Clock Festival will be two concerts - by Funkilicious and by the band "Taralešta", which will congratulate all the winners of the competition this year. The festival will last from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with free admission.
