For the first time a Kuker Procession will be held in Bankya

In the district of Bankya for the first time a Kuker procession will be held, the regional administration reports. Students, teachers and parents from the area will participate in the event, which will be held this Saturday, February 25. The event is organized by the 78 SS "Hristo Smirnenski". On Saturday, February 25, children and parents, some disguised as kukers, others in traditional costumes, will gather at 10:00 a.m. in the school yard, from where the procession will leave at 10:30 a.m. along "Petko D." street. Petkov", along "Sveti Sveti Kiril i Metodii" Str., "Knyaz Boris 1" Str., Military Invalid Home "Elena and Nikola Ivanovi" next to "Rotonda" Park.

And since there is a dress code - a kuker mask or folk costume for students, teachers, and parents, those who follow the dress code will be in the vanguard of the procession, and those unmasked and without costumes will move in its rearguard, warns the area.
