Two International Architecture Exhibitions in Sofia on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the International Academy of Architecture

On August 9 at 7 p.m., two International Architecture Exhibitions will be opened in the Open Air Gallery of The Bridge of Lovers in Sofia:

FEMALE CONTRIBUTION TO THE INTERNATIONAL ARCHITECTURE CULTURE

Presents projects by some of the most prominent female architects in the world, members of the IAA Alison Brooks, Doriana Fuksas, Lina Ghotmeh, Odile Decq, Susanna Nobili

The exhibition shows realized buildings in the period 2012-2022 in the United Kingdom, Estonia, Italy, China, Lebanon and France.

THE INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY OF ARCHITECTURE IN THE WORLD

Presents the work of some of the highly respected Academicians and Professors of the IAA - Alison Brooks, Alfonso Mercurio, Amedeo Schiattarella, Emilio Faroldi, Christoph Ingenhoven, Lina Ghotmeh, Michael Johnson, Martin Drahovsky, Massimo Pica Ciamarra, Maciej Zawadzki, Nikos Fintikakis, Odile Decq, Richard England, Sergey Gnedovsky, Toyo Ito, Philippe Samyn, Javier Sordo Madaleno, Qi Zhou.

The exhibition shows projects and realized buildings in the last few years in Belgium, United Kingdom, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Spain, Italy, Malta, Mexico, Poland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, USA, Slovakia, Taiwan.

The exhibitions are organized with the support of Sofia Municipality.
