On December 16 Bankya Welcomes You with its Christmas City

Bankya is located only 9 km from Sofia and can be reached by bus from Lyulin Metro Station and Slivnitsa Metro Station. On December 16 you will be greeted by the Guards Orchestra, bagpipe songs and a fire show in the Christmas City. The food in Bankya is always delicious but on December 17 chef Angelov – one of the top chefs in Bulgaria, will prepare the most popular Bulgarian dish - bean in cauldron. The songs of Planinarska Pesen Choir, traditional Bulgarian round dances and Santa Claus will also welcome you. On December 23 (Saturday) there will be a music event featuring several performers.
