Description

Zhenski Pazar is one of the main commercial centers in Sofia. It was set before the liberation from Ottoman rule in 1878, and it was named "Wheat Market" and "Horse Market". It was created to encourage the citizens of the capital to buy fresh products and to enable working people from the nearby villages to sell their goods.
