Vasil Levski National Stadium is the only one of its kind in Bulgaria and has a four-star category according to UEFA and FIFA standards for a stadium capacity of this rank. It hosts all matches between the Sofia teams for the national championships, the cups of Bulgaria and the official meetings of the national football team. It has 43,358 seats, as the sectors A, B, C and D have a total number of 42,834 seats; VIP lodges of sector A - 410 seats and banks for journalists - 80 seats. The National Stadium "Vasil Levski" has 14 sports halls - judo, rhythmic gymnastics, basketball, boxing, aerobics, fencing, general physical training and others, as well as a covered track with an area of over 2000 sq.m. Here is the Museum of Physical Culture and Sports, which is included in the List of 100 Tourist Sites of Bulgaria of Bulgarian Tourist Union.
